Bright Star Dramaturgy

Bright Star is a love letter to the heart of what makes us human. I was lucky enough to dramaturg for this production at the University of South Dakota. My job for this process was to make history reality. Instead of feeling removed from the people of the past, I wanted the cast to truly live in this era. The only separation between us is time, and my mission was to convey that through my research and presentations.
